We spend approximately 8 hours daily at work place. It is half of the time we spend in activities excluding sleep hours. If you spend this time with a happy mood and cheerful attitude, it makes a good impression on your co-workers and creates a good working environment. It is also helpful to keep you satisfied of your job and career satisfaction.

You can perform better if you enjoy accomplishing your tasks and nothing makes you bored. There are a lot of factors that play vital role in making the work enjoyable, for instance, excellent health, strong relationships, comfortable sitting and good environment.

1. Create a good networking and relationship with your co-workers. Feel good to help others but expect less. Making less expectation from others will keep you satisfied.
2. Keep a smiling face and pleasant manner whole day, it will make others comfortable to communicate with you. If you are understanding, cooperative and respectful to others, others will also give you respect in return. So keep a friendly and approachable attitude.
3. Leave your personal disputes and problems at home. Make your mind free of all troubles at work to make good concentration. If you put your problems on your co-workers, it would make them annoyed.
4. Sometimes you are given a long to-do list from your employer that you have to accomplish till the day. You just get caught on trying more and work becomes a drag. To overcome the tiredness, don’t measure your tasks that are yet to be completed but keep congratulating yourself for the things you have done. It will keep you busy with task until you complete it without feeling burden.
5. Don’t take stress but let the things go on in a natural rhythm. There may be a lot of things which you don’t like to do at a specific time. Don’t force yourself to carry on when you really want to relax. It will prevent you making errors and feeling the work a boring burden.
6. Be creative and follow your creative desires. Keep your work area neat and clean. You can decorate your sitting area with the things you like, for instance, a painting, or things that make you feel happy and smile. It will show other that you have a personality.
7. If you get to face some troubles, don’t react immediately. Collect the factors that can be possibly hidden behind the issue and present it to your manager. Don’t be so late to do it but don’t be extra immediate. It will make other realize your assertiveness positively.
8. Be helpful but don’t take other’s tasks on your shoulders if your own is not yet completed. Refuse to do what you don’t want to do actually. Try to give your best but don’t be extra ordinary active.
